the room was dark and had absolutely no folding rack for my luggage, so I had to suffer! it’s like they don’t care about guest convenience. also, the lift lobbies were stiflingly hot. I almost left a good review, but how could I when I expected some special treatment? not even a welcome gift, really?

Only one lift makes getting around a hassle!!! The reception area is cramped, making check-in uncomfortable!!! The balcony size is misleading, not ideal for relaxing!!! Add hooks in the bathroom for easier towel hanging!!!

Our room matched the photos perfectly and was well-stocked with complimentary water, coffee, and tea. The location was prime, just a short stroll to great attractions and restaurants, and we enjoyed a lovely city view from our window.
